Another beautiful beach side park. This one is located along the main street in Kingscliff. It can be found at the southern end of the town which means it’s much quieter. Each time we have been here there has been no one but us.
The climbing obstacles are fairly high and you need a fair amount of coordination to manoeuvre on them so would be suited to older kids, not toddlers. There are two swings that face the beach which is a bit cute plus two steep slides at the end of the more challenging climbing equipment.
Our favourite thing was the little train that you could pretend to drive or you could also climb on. This kept the kids busy whilst we sat and enjoyed the view of the beach.
There is a toilet block and bubblers right next to the equipment plus beach access, shaded BBQ spots and a very long, wide straight path that would be perfect for bikes and scooters. Especially those that are learning.
